Q1: What factors made you choose Tukki over other options?
A: I saw having a software as a very clear, competitive advantage. Since I’m building a software, I know it gives a lot of transparency and a lot of efficiency into the process.
What made my decision to hire you guys wasn’t only that you were very solid about everything that I needed to have, but you also had an extensive assessment of the criteria, and how you needed to present the variables and everything.
Q2: How was your experience with the platform?
I think the software is very thought out, and very easy to use.
“The best thing is that you don’t even realize it, and you are building your petition.”
And that is an advantage, because compared to other founders that I know of, they had to do all these logics on their own, and it’s quite hard to have to think through all that. So I think it’s a good guidance to have the software.
Q3: How was your experience with the team?
So they were very supportive. You have a lot of stress while you’re doing this because this may change a lot of things, so having this validation about why everything was going to a place was very important.
I know that other lawyers maybe just ask you for things, and then they start putting the things together and that’s it, but I really appreciated the extra support that the Tukki team gave me.
Q4: What advice would you give to someone choosing their immigration attorney?
Hire smart people, hire people that have a strategy on how to do things, because it’s gonna make your life simpler. If you have to build on the strategy, or if the lawyers are just asking things, and you’re not seeing a clear path on what is being done, it’s going to be so much harder.
“I think everything about the Tukki experience brings a lot of transparency into the problem and into the execution of the process. So that is very, very important. And I would suggest everybody to look for that, because it brings you peace into your everyday.”
