Q: How was your experience with Tukki compared to other law firms you’ve worked with?
A: I think there are a couple of things that stand out versus other firms. So one. This sounds really obvious, but no other firm that I’ve worked with, or that my co-founders have worked with get like, set up the email notifications.
So it usually takes them like a week or 5 days to give me an update where, if they would have set up the email notifications, they get it immediately. And I know Tukki, you guys always shared the updates with me immediately.
I also really appreciated the transparency. I know, from like my experience working with other firms, and in general, other people’s experience working with other firms. Sometimes, they get, I don’t know, “Hey? There was a mistake in this document. You need to resubmit it, and the firms don’t tell you; they just go and do it, and you’re never notified.” So I feel like Tukki is also really, really transparent with, like where we are in the process, what’s happening? What can happen? And I really appreciated that.
And then the other. The last thing is communication. So I feel like Tukki is really good at like we received this. This is what’s coming next. This is what you can expect versus going silent, which is what I feel like a lot of other immigration firms like, you know, they’re doing their job, but they don’t communicate well, so I had a really good experience, and I think those are like 3 things that stood out to me a lot versus other firms.

Q: What was your experience with the platform and how did you feel about the speed of the process?
A: I think it was really easy to use intuitive. I think it’s really helpful that you guys have, like all the like tips and tricks and examples of what this should be filled out like. I think that was really helpful.
I logged in a lot to see the progress, and the team moved really fast.
