Q: How was your experience with Tukki and how was it difference than with your previous law firm?
A: At first of all, I had a much more personal relationship with the team, so I had like a chat with Ramiro. I could see him replying sometimes Saturday evening or Sunday, if something was urgent. The rest of the team was always very available. It felt like I had much more access to the people that were working on my case, which was a very positive thing.
“I like that most of the work is done clearly in the platform — that was super positive.”
There was no whatsoever technology involved in my first visa application, it was a very traditional process which is part of the reason why I felt it was incredibly stupid. You know the way of collecting things, the way of drafting papers, and all of that. So the experience was much better working with Tukki.
Q: How was your experience with the legal team?
A: That was really nice. I like it a lot. I like using the platform. I think it has, like a nice user experience. The chat was useful, you know, more like to feel support, really, than to complete the work. I like that most of the stuff is done clearly in the platform. So that was super positive.
“Overall, the experience was great. I liked very much all the paralegal team; they were super available.”
Q: Could you summarize your experience with Tukki in one sentence?
A: Felt like I had somebody on my side through a very difficult process all the time.
